  1. I could LIVE on Caprese Salad. I will be adding a post to my blog on how to make your own mozzarella. You MUST try it. It’s simple and unbelievably delicious. I will try that tuna salad as well!

      • I’m starting off with feta cheese today and will tackle the mozz this weekend. I would love to see your vanilla extract. I make just about everything from scratch, including bread and salad dressing. Mainly because I’m frugal, but if you can make it yourself, have it taste amazing and save some money, DO IT!
